The "South of the Border" Boogie is a luxury vacation offering many alternatives, to include skydiving.

Do I have to participate in the package?
Yes. To insure a memorable experience the package includes everything you'll need while in San Carlos, except food and beverages.

Is the chartered flight included in the package price?
No. The chartered flight is optional, therefore it is a separate fee. However, it's easy and fun, and a GREAT way to begin the boogie!

Can I bring my family / significant others?
Absolutely! The "South of the Border" Boogie caters to skydivers and their guests alike. A wide variety of activities are available at the resort and in San Carlos.

Will I need water gear to skydive? What type?
Yes. Contact Square 1 or Square 2 for flotation gear - they'll be able to advise you on alternatives. You must have water gear to skydive! [swimming pool toys do not qualify]

What other requirements are there for skydivers?
You must be C-license qualified and have a square reserve with current re-pack. Also, water landing training is advisable.

landingWhere do we land?
On the beach next to the hotel. The beach is roughly 100 feet wide and over a mile long with steady on-shore breezes. Only 2 jumpers have ever landed in the water, both from reserve openings well below 1000 feet.

Can I make more than 15 skydives?
Yes. Skydive Arizona will sell tickets at manifest.

What room options do I have?
The package price is based on double occupancy in a standard room. You can have a single room for an additional $60 / night, $300 total for 5 nights. Also, a variety of rooms are available for upgrade. These are limited in number. E-mail George Jicha for details about upgrades.

Can I stay longer?
Yes, for $60 / night. By special arrangement with AeroMexico you can participate in the charter and fly back to Phoenix any date you wish, as long as you fly down to Hermosillo with the group. Skydive hard through Sunday, then stay an extra day to relax and enjoy San Carlos!

What documents do I need to enter Mexico?
You will need a valid passport, or an original or notarized copy of your birth certificate along with photo identification.

Will packers be available?
Yes, there will be full time packing services available.

Is ground transportation included?
